Gearbox oil change cycle and operating precautions
1、 Coaxial spiral gearbox oil change cycle
First replacement: after 500 hours of operation
Regular replacement: every 2500 hours or once a year
Wear life of vulnerable parts: Main components ≥ 20000 hours (including oil seals and bearings)
2、 Key points for oil change operation of GR gear reducer
Safety preparation: Shutdown, power off, hang up → Cool down to below 50 ℃ → Prepare tools and compatible oil products
Old oil discharge: clean the interface → unscrew the breathable cap/oil level plug → empty the old oil and observe the oil quality
Cleaning inspection: Rinse the residual impurities in the box → Replace the filter element and aging seals
Add new oil: tighten the drain plug → add new oil to the standard level
Trial operation completion: No load operation inspection → Confirm no leakage or abnormal noise
