How to choose the SWL series screw screw screw jack lifting system based on the itinerary
1. First match the basic rated load
First, select the corresponding basic model (such as SWL10 for a 10 ton load) based on a safety factor of 1.2-1.5 times the actual lifting weight. This is the core prerequisite for selection, and the stroke cannot exceed the rated upper limit of the model.
2. Corresponding adaptation plan based on travel interval
| Travel range | Range of compatible models | Mandatory configuration requirements |
| ≤500mm | SWL2.5~SWL120 Full Series | No additional structural compensation is required, simply choose the standard travel version |
| 500~1000mm | SWL5~SWL70 | Install a guiding anti rotation device to verify the stability of the screw rod and prevent lateral bending |
| 1000~3000mm | SWL10~SWL50 | Intermediate support must be installed, with a priority given to nut driven structures to distribute the force on the threaded rod |
| Above 3000mm | SWL25~SWL120 | Replace with JWB ball screw version, significantly reducing friction loss under long stroke and improving transmission efficiency |
3. Special scenario itinerary adaptation
Long distance travel in humid outdoor environments: A retractable waterproof protective cover must be installed, with a protection level upgraded to IP65, to prevent water vapor from entering the threaded gap of the screw and causing rust and jamming.
Multiple synchronous long stroke linkage: Hard tooth surface worm gear pairs are preferred to ensure that the synchronous lifting accuracy of multiple long filament rods is controlled within ± 0.2mm.
