GR gearbox refueling standard and oil level inspection

The filling amount of GR series coaxial reducer depends on the installation position (M1~M6) - the oil amount varies greatly depending on the installation method of the same model. When filling, the oil level hole/oil gauge should be used as the reference.

General reference range:

Reference filling amount for machine base range

GR17 – GR37 0.2 – 1.5 L

GR47 – GR77 2.0 – 8.0 L

GR87 – GR107 9.0 – 18.0 L

GR137 – GR167 20.0 – 69.0 L

Note: The above table is an estimated value, and the actual oil output from the oil level plug shall prevail

2. GR coaxial gearbox oil level inspection

Shutdown state, horizontally placed

Open the oil level plug, the oil level should reach the centerline of the oil gauge

Supplement oil products of the same brand and model when insufficient

Different installation positions (M1~M6) have different oil levels - after changing the installation method, the oil level needs to be readjusted
