A rack and pinion scissor lift is a synchronous lifting mechanism combining a rack and pinion, allowing a
motor to directly drive the gears in rotary motion while simultaneously driving them in linear motion.
There is virtually no power loss, maximizing machine efficiency. It features a simple structure, low failure rate,
and easy maintenance.
A worm gear reducer achieves speed reduction within the lifter, resulting in a slow lifting speed,
suitable for precision lifting or lifting heavy objects. A rack and pinion scissor lift,
with direct connection between gears and racks, can achieve high-speed linear motion.
Using a geared motor with integrated brakes, it allows for precise control.
1. Working Principle: Relying on the linkage between gears and racks,
it ensures synchronous lifting of four or more support points, thus achieving smooth lifting of the work platform.
The synchronization error of the four support points can be as low as 0.5mm.
2. Structure and Performance of the Synchronous Lifter:
① The synchronous lifter is a structure composed of a gearbox and a gear, connected by a shaft.
It is a unit used to synchronize the upper and lower surfaces during up/down operation.
② The meshing operation of several gears inside the gearbox results in almost no noise.
③ The up/down movement can operate normally even under a bias voltage of up to 50%.
④ Its guide rails are composed of standardized, modular components.
The lifting device is a passive type, powered by a cylinder. It serves as a guide and synchronizer.

3. Shaft spacing selection: When selecting, note that if the shaft spacing exceeds the corresponding length,
an intermediate support should be added.
4. Smooth and quiet up/down movement. The gear and rack structure ensures excellent meshing,
maintaining synchronization even in harsh environments.
