The SL series bevel gear jack is a basic lifting component with a load capacity of 2.5T-50T. Compared with worm gear screw jacks, its main features include: high efficiency, long service life, and easy adjustment of the reducer ratio. It also boasts many advantages such as compact structure, small size, light weight, wide range of power sources, no noise, convenient installation, flexible use, multiple functions, and high reliability. It has multiple functions including lifting, lowering, pushing, and tilting, and can accurately control and adjust the lifting or pushing height according to a specific program. It can be directly driven by an electric motor or other power source, or manually operated. The maximum input speed is 500r/min, and the maximum lifting speed is 2.7m/min. Different structural forms are available, and the lifting height can be manufactured according to user requirements. The device is self-locking.
This product can be widely used in various industries such as machinery, metallurgy, construction, water conservancy, chemical industry, medical, and cultural and health sectors. Examples of applications include: lifting platforms and tilting devices for heavy-duty fastening in machining, and plastic processing machinery; ladders and tool lifting frames for installation and maintenance, and locomotive maintenance lifting platforms; adjusting the clearance of rolling mill tracks, and adjusting the feeding position of coffins or plates; casting mold opening or concrete molding; electrode adjustment and hot liquid casting in metallurgy; templates for moving equipment and assembled finished products in construction, and height-adjustable windows, walls, and fences; height-adjustable stages, swimming pool height adjustment, and operating table height adjustment in cultural and health fields; sluice gates and protective plates in water conservancy; and movements that cannot be adjusted manually in scientific research. It is particularly suitable for large-scale lifting platforms.
Types and Markings
Structural Types
Type 1—The lead screw performs both rotary and axial movements simultaneously.
Type 2—The lead screw rotates, and the nut on the lead screw moves axially.
Assembly Forms
Type A—The lead screw (nut) moves upward.
Type B—The lead screw (nut) moves downward.
Lead Screw Head Types
Type 1 lead screw heads are divided into four types: I (cylindrical), II (flange type), III (threaded type), and IV (flat head type).
Type 2 lead screw heads are divided into two types: I (cylindrical) and III (threaded type).
Specifications
Based on lifting force, there are eight types: 2.5, 5, 15, 20, 25, 35, and 50 × 10KN.
Transmission Ratio
The lifting platform is divided into two types based on lifting speed: normal and slow (slow speed is indicated by L, normal is not marked).
Lead Screw Protection
1 The protection for the lead screw of a type 1 lifting platform is divided into: basic type, anti-rotation type (F), and type with protective cover (Z).
