SG screw jacks, also known as SJ screw jacks, are divided into SJA and SJB types.
SJA screw jacks (SJA screw lifters) are widely used in industries such as machinery, construction, water conservancy, and metallurgy equipment. They have many functions, including lifting, lowering, and, with the aid of auxiliary parts, propulsion, tilting, and height adjustment. SJA worm gear screw jacks (SJA screw lifters) are a basic lifting component with many advantages, including compact structure, small size, light weight, wide range of power sources, convenient installation, no noise, multiple functions, various matching types, flexible use, high reliability, and long service life.

–Precise positioning; with an anti-backlash device, accuracy can reach 0.05mm.
–High synchronization; the same motor can drive multiple screw jacks simultaneously, achieving mechanical synchronization.
–Can be equipped with encoders, limit switches, dust covers, safety nuts, reducers, ordinary motors, servo motors, stainless steel materials, etc.
–Simple operation and maintenance, low noise.
The jack's square recessed housing increases heat dissipation and extends grease life. The ductile iron housing material significantly improves the housing's strength and performance, and allows for wide application in high/low temperature conditions. A square tail cover design prevents the screw from rotating on its own. Advantages
Low speed, low frequency: Primarily used in applications requiring high loads, low speeds, and infrequent operation.
Load holding: The trapezoidal lead screw has an automatic locking function, maintaining the load even without a braking device.
Note: Under significant vibration or impact loads, the self-locking function may fail; in this case, an external braking device should be added.
