ZLY Hard Tooth Cylindrical Gearbox Selection Guide

H1: ZLY Cylindrical Gear Reducer Selection Guide

ZLY is a two-stage hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer manufactured according to JB/T8853

, with a center distance of ZLY112 to ZLY710, a transmission ratio of 6.3 to 20, and nine installation

configurations. Its load-bearing capacity is limited by two independent constraints: mechanical

strength and heat dissipation.

H2:Selection method of ZLY hard tooth surface gear reducer

1. Known parameters and conditions

Name of prime mover, power P1=kW, speed n1=r/min

Working machine name, power P2=kW, speed n2=r/min

The required transmission ratio i=n,/n,

The number of working hours per day is h, the number of starts per hour is times, and the operatin

g cycle per hour is%

Load characteristics (steady, impact, severe impact). Reliability requirements (general, high, high)

Environmental temperature ℃, on-site heat dissipation conditions, cooling water temperature ℃

Coupling type. Does the gear shaft shaft need to withstand additional forces when extended

Assembly method type, output shaft rotation direction (please specify the main rotation direction

 when rotating in both

directions)

Do you have any other special requirements

H2. Select the specification and model of the toothed cylindrical reducer

according to the rated power

The nominal input power P of the parallel axis series gearbox (Table 9-20) is stable under load,

with a daily working time of less than or equal to 10 hours and no more than 5 starts per hour.

The allowable starting torque is twice the working torque. When the gearbox operates in a

unidirectional manner, the safety factor of the contact strength between a single pair of gears is

about 1, and the failure probability is less than or equal to 1%. When the gearbox operates in a

bidirectional manner, the PA should be multiplied by a factor of 0.8-1.0 depending on the situation

. When the reverse load is large and the direction change is frequent, the reliability factor K should

be selected. If the factor is low, the smaller value should be taken. Otherwise, the larger value

should be taken, 、

ZLY two-stage gearbox

The rated power of the selected gearbox must meet: P (: 2 P: KAK; K。≤PA

Where:

Pc - Calculate power

P2- Working machine power

KA - Usage factor

KS - start-up coefficient

KR - Reliability coefficient

H3. Verify according to the allowable thermal power

The allowable thermal power P of the parallel axis series gearbox is suitable for 100% continuous

operation at an ambient temperature of 20C per hour and a power utilization rate (P2/P1 · 100%)

of 100%. It must be adjusted when the conditions are different.
