ZDY Series Single-Stage Hardened Cylindrical Gear Reducer: Engineered for Efficiency
.Designed and manufactured to JB/T 8853-2001 standards, the ZDY series delivers high torque capacity in
a compact, highly rigid footprint.
Structural characteristics of Zdy gearbox:
● The box adopts a segmented reinforced structure, with reserved oil level observation w
ows and installation positions for breathable plugs. The overall rigidity is strong and the heat dissipation performance is excellent.
● The end cover adopts a large-sized circular flange design, and the inspection holes of different specifications are arranged in sequence for easy maintenance and disassembly in the later stage.
● The input shaft and output shaft are vertically distributed at a 90 degree angle, and the shaft extension adopts a standard keyway design, which can directly connect to transmission components such as motors and couplings.
● Standard horizontal foot mounting holes with high positioning accuracy, can directly adapt to the rack interfaces of most industrial equipment.
