  • Gear: Carburized hardened & precision ground helical gear, HRC 58–62

  • Housing: Thickened cast iron, dust-proof structure

  • Service factor: 1.5 (reserved margin for shock load)

  • Optional: Heavy-duty oil seal for dusty environment
