WPDX Series Worm Gear Reducer - Dimensions and Installation Drawing
The installation methods of WPDX type reducers can be divided into the following categories:
1、 Standard horizontal foot installation
The box comes with an integrated bottom plate, which is directly fixed to the horizontal base through anchor bolts. It has strong structural stability and is suitable for conventional horizontal transmission scenarios such as conveyors and mixers.
2、 Flange vertical installation
Cancel the bottom plate and fix it vertically on the equipment rack through standard flanges on the input/output ends. The input and output shafts are arranged vertically, greatly saving horizontal installation space and adapting to vertical transmission scenarios such as mixing tanks and vertical conveyor lines.
3、 Special customized installation
Support customized layouts such as torsion arm installation and side hanging installation, suitable for special working conditions with limited space. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the coaxiality error of the shaft system is ≤ 0.05mm to avoid component wear exacerbated by operating vibration.
