WP series turbine worm reducer product structure diagram
The product structure diagram of WP series worm gear reducer clearly shows its internal core composition and assembly logic. The core structure is divided into the following parts:
1、 Core transmission components
Worm: Made of 45 # high-quality steel processed by heat treatment, integrated with the input shaft, it is an active transmission component.
Worm gear: Made of tin bronze casting, it has excellent wear resistance and is assembled with interference fit with the output shaft to transmit high torque.
2、 Supporting and sealing components
Bearing assembly: Standard deep groove ball/tapered roller bearings are used to support the worm and worm gear shafts respectively, reducing rotational friction.
Oil seal: Standard component configuration to prevent lubricating oil leakage and block external dust from entering the box.
3、 Box and auxiliary components
Cast iron box body: divided into two structures: basic type with bottom plate and universal type with multiple screw holes, accommodating all internal components.
Oil plug and oil gauge: used for oil change and real-time observation of the lubricating oil level inside the tank.
