How to keep multiple screw jacks running synchronously?

  1. Mechanical synchronization systems typically use a motor to drive multiple screw jacks through a reducer, bevel gearbox, drive shaft, and coupling. Due to the mechanical connection of the lifting points, they will move synchronously under normal operating conditions.

  2. The layout should minimize axis misalignment and accumulated torsion as much as possible. The supporting framework must also be sufficiently rigid. The mechanical synchronous transmission system cannot compensate for the problem of incorrect positioning of the flexible platform or center of gravity.

  3. For applications that require active calibration or independent lifting point control, electronic synchronous multi motor systems with position feedback may be more suitable.

Why Choose Mechanical Synchronization?

Compared to hydraulic systems, mechanical screw jack synchronization provides repeatable positioning accuracy without oil leakage or pressure imbalance risks. Multiple jacks can combine forces to move loads exceeding 100 tons

Huxing supplies worm screw elevators, bevel gear ball screw elevators, gear reducers, bevel gearboxes,

and complete synchronous lifting system components.
