1. Confirm the core power parameters

Firstly, clarify the rated power and input speed of the driving motor, as well as the required output torque and target output speed of the equipment, which are the basic basis for selection.

2. Match the basic bearing capacity

Different frame sizes correspond to different upper limits of allowable torque: the allowable torque for NMRV050 is about 100Nm, NMRV075 is about 250Nm, and NMRV090 is about 450Nm. It is necessary to ensure that the maximum load torque of the equipment does not exceed this value.

3. Calculate the service coefficient

Choose 1.0 service factor for 8-hour stable load, 1.5 or above for 24-hour continuous operation/with impact load, and match the corresponding frame size according to the amplified torque demand.

4. NMRV reducer calibration and installation adaptability

Confirm that the input flange and shaft diameter of the selected framework match the motor, and that the installation hole spacing and shaft diameter of the output end can be connected to the load equipment, with sufficient installation space reserved.

5. Adjustment of special working conditions for nmrv reducer

In outdoor high temperature and high corrosion scenarios, the size of the first level frame can be appropriately enlarged to improve the reliability of equipment operation.
