Load safety factor verification
●The nominal lifting force is the vertical static load condition value, and the horizontal thrust scenario needs to be multiplied by a working condition coefficient of 0.65~0.8 to convert the rated load. The impact condition needs to be selected based on 1.2 times the static load, with a safety margin of more than 1.5 times reserved.
Long range stability verification
●When the stroke of the screw exceeds 40 times the diameter of the screw, buckling analysis must be carried out, and intermediate support bearings must be installed to prevent the instability of the screw. Under normal working conditions, if the stroke exceeds 800mm, it is recommended to install a guiding device.
Accurate calculation of driving power
●According to the formula P=Fa × v/(60 × η), calculate the motor power. Under grease lubrication conditions, the transmission efficiency is approximately 0.33, and under forced lubrication conditions, it is approximately 0.45. It is recommended to reserve a 15% power margin to cope with long-term operational efficiency attenuation.
Self locking function usage reminder
●The standard trapezoidal screw has reverse self-locking capability, but additional braking devices must be installed in strong vibration and impact scenarios to avoid the risk of load falling caused by self-locking failure.

In the scenario of 2 units/4 units/6 units linkage, it is recommended to use a mechanical rigid connection scheme of hard tooth surface steering gear+synchronous shaft, with a synchronization accuracy of ± 0.2mm, lower cost and higher reliability.
High precision synchronous scene, can be matched with servo motor+encoder closed-loop control, synchronization error can be controlled within 0.5mm, suitable for precision scenes such as automated production lines and lifting stages.
