2、 Key Supplementary Explanation

Efficiency characteristics: The total efficiency of the ordinary speed ratio (P) is 12%~23%, and the total efficiency of the slow speed ratio (M) is 8%~15%. The efficiency will further decrease under grease lubrication conditions.

Self locking feature: It has self-locking function in a stationary state, but additional braking devices need to be installed in strong vibration and impact load scenarios to avoid self-locking failure.

Customization capability: The screw stroke can be customized according to needs, with a standard screw length of 500mm. It can support a maximum of 6-meter ultra long stroke, and if the stroke exceeds 800mm, it is recommended to install a guiding device to prevent screw instability.
