1、 Basic performance parameters of SWL series screw lift reducer
Bearing capacity: Covering 2.5kN~1000kN (approximately 0.25 tons~120 tons), mainstream models include SWL2.5, SWL5, SWL10, etc.
Operating parameters: maximum input speed of 1500r/min, maximum lifting speed of 2.7m/min, working environment temperature of -20 ℃~100 ℃, with self-locking function under normal working conditions.
2、 Structural specification parameters
Structural types: Type 1 (axial movement of screw), Type 2 (rotation of screw, axial movement of nut).
Assembly type: Type A (screw/nut moves upwards), Type B (screw/nut moves downwards).
Screw head: Type 1 has four types: cylindrical, flange, threaded, and flat head, while Type 2 only has two types: cylindrical and threaded.
Transmission ratio: divided into ordinary speed ratio (P), slow speed ratio (M), and supports customized medium speed ratio.
Screw protection: Type 1 includes basic type, anti rotation transformation (F), and protective cover type (Z), while Type 2 only includes basic type and protective cover type (Z).
Itinerary: Customizable according to user needs, up to a maximum length of 6 meters.
