Disassembly of NMRV/RV reducer structure+parts description
NMRV reducer is a commonly used aluminum shell worm gear transmission device, with a clear and compact structure and clear division of core components. The following is a detailed breakdown of its structural composition:

1、 Core transmission components
Worm: Made of 20Cr steel treated with carbon nitrogen co diffusion, the tooth surface hardness can reach HRC60, and the power transmission is completed by driving the worm wheel with spiral teeth.
Worm gear: Made of wear-resistant aluminum bronze material, it meshes with the worm to achieve a large transmission ratio reduction, and is the core load-bearing component.
Transmission principle: The worm drives the worm wheel to interlock with the shaft, converting high-speed input into low-speed high torque output, and achieving self-locking function under some working conditions.
2、 Shell and supporting components
Worm gear box (casing): The 025-090 machine base is made of die cast aluminum alloy, while the 110-150 machine base is made of cast iron material, serving as the installation base for all components.
Ball bearings: Multiple sets distributed at the input and output shaft positions, supporting rotating components and reducing frictional resistance during operation.
Output shaft: used to connect load equipment and transmit high torque power after deceleration.
3、 NMRV gearbox accessories
Sealing and Connection Accessories
Oil seal: distributed at the end of the shaft to prevent lubricating oil leakage and block external dust from entering the box.
Oil plug: including oil injection hole oil plug and oil discharge hole oil plug, used for adding and discharging lubricating oil. Some models can be replaced with exhaust plugs.
Motor connection plate: standard flange interface, can be directly connected to the motor, and can be installed without additional modification.
Fasteners: including hexagonal socket head screws, R-buckles, O-rings, double round keys, kraft paper washers, etc., used for fastening and sealing between components
