Engineering selection suggestions

1. Conventional industrial scenarios (such as machine tool leveling and mold positioning): SWL10-SWL50+M-type transmission ratio is preferred to balance self-locking safety and low-speed stability, with controllable power requirements.

2. Automated production line (such as battery module handling): We recommend the SWLB ball screw version, which increases efficiency by nearly three times and can be matched with servo motors for precise control, reducing energy consumption and heat generation.

3. Long stroke applications (>1000mm): Intermediate support must be installed and the critical speed of the screw must be calibrated to avoid instability; At this point, it is recommended to use a nut motion type (Type 2) structure to distribute the load.

4. Protection requirements: With high humidity, it is recommended to choose an IP65 protective cover and waterproof lithium grease lubrication to extend the lifespan of the equipment.
