The electric screw jack converts motor rotation into linear motion for lifting, lowering, pushing, and height adjustment. Follow these instructions for safe and reliable operation.
Pre-Operation Checks
Inspect worm gear, screw, and bearings for wear
Tighten all bolts and flanges
Check oil level and lubricate screw surface
Verify power cables and limit switches function properly
Confirm grounding protection
Startup Procedure
Jog test – momentarily start motor to confirm rotation direction
No-load run – run 3 full cycles without load; check for smooth operation and no abnormal noise
Load operation – place load evenly, stay within rated capacity, monitor for noise or overheating
Safety Tips
Never overload – strictly follow rated capacity
Avoid eccentric loads – keep load center aligned with screw axis
Install limit switches at both stroke ends
Keep personnel clear during operation
Maintenance Schedule
Daily: Check oil level, listen for abnormal noise
Every 6 months: Change worm gear oil (L-CKE/P 460#)
Every 200 hours: First oil change; then every 2,000 hours
Screw lubrication: Apply lithium-based grease (NLGI Grade 2)
