NMRV Worm Gearbox – For Operators & Maintenance

Daily Checklist:

Listen – unusual noise = early warning of wear

  • Feel – housing temperature should not exceed 90°C

  • Look – check for oil leaks at seals

  • Check – oil level (weekly)

Oil Change Schedule

First change: After 150-400 hours of operation

Regular: Every 4,000 hours or annually
