The NMRV-NMRV double stage combination reducer pairs two NMRV worm gear units in series, delivering extreme reduction ratios from 100:1 up to 5,000:1– ideal for applications requiring ultra-low output speeds and high torque density
Built with die-cast aluminum alloy housings (sizes 025–090) and cast iron for larger frames (110–150), the unit offers compact footprint, excellent heat dissipation, and corrosion resistance. Precision-ground worm gears ensure smooth operation, low noise, and long service life. Modular design supports multiple mounting orientations (AS1, AS2, BS1, BS2, VS1, VS2, PS1, PS2) and various input/output configurations – flange, shaft, or hollow bore.
