NMRV Worm Gearbox – Mounting Options
Mounting Types
Foot mounted – bolt to floor or baseplate
Flange mounted (B5) – large round flange, bolts directly to IEC motor face
Flange mounted (B14) – small square flange (requires adaptor plate)
Omnibearing installation – NMRV units can be mounted in any position: horizontal, vertical,
wall-mounted, or inverted.
Aluminum units (sizes 025-090) are supplied with synthetic oil and allow universal mounting
without modifying oil quantity.
Cast iron units (sizes 110-150) require oil level adjustment based on mounting position
⚠️ Important: Always specify your installation position when ordering – incorrect position can cause oil leakage
