K series gearbox lubrication replacement cycle
1. Choose appropriate lubricating oil:
-It is recommended to use high-quality gear lubricants, typically with viscosity grades of ISO VG220 or VG320.
-Lubricating oil should have good anti-wear, anti-oxidation properties, and low-temperature flowability.
2. Add lubricating oil quantity:
When adding oil to the K series spiral bevel gear reducer, simply rotate the ventilation cap on the upper part of the machine seat to add oil
Rotate the oil drain plug at the bottom of the engine seat when draining oil
Keep the fuel inlet and inspection hole clean to prevent impurities from entering the interior of the gearbox
3. Lubrication cycle:
-After the new machine is first put into use, it is recommended to replace the lubricating oil within 1-2 weeks.
-Afterwards, according to the usage environment and working conditions, the lubricating oil should be replaced regularly, usually every 3-6 months.
Adverse working conditions:
In environments with high temperature, high dust, and humidity, the oil change cycle should be appropriately shortened
It is recommended to check the condition of the lubricating oil every two weeks and replace it immediately if any dirt is found
