The installation direction of NMRV reducer is different, and the oil injection amount is also differ
H2:Under different installation orientations, the oil injection amount of NMRV reducer needs to be
adjusted according to the oil tank status and lubrication requirements. The specific methods are
as follows:
1、 Adjustment rules for oil injection volume in different installation positions
Horizontal installation (M1)
The oil injection amount should be 100% of the standard value in the table above, and the oil level should
be 3-5mm below the top of the large gear teeth.
Under this installation method, the lubricating oil circulation is smooth and the splash lubrication effect is
stable, without the need for additional increase or decrease in oil volume.
2.Vertical installation with output shaft facing downwards (M2)
The oil injection amount should be 90% of the standard value in the table above, to avoid the oil level
being too high and submerging the bottom oil seal.
It is necessary to ensure that the worm gear pair is completely immersed in the oil tank, while reserving
sufficient heat dissipation space.
3.Vertical installation with output shaft facing upwards (M3)
The oil injection amount should be 110% of the standard value on the above table, and the oil level should
reach the upper scale line specified on the oil gauge.
The depth of the oil pool in this direction should be vertically downward, ensuring that the top bearings
and worm gear pairs can be fully lubricated.
4.Side standing installation (M4/M5/M6)
The oil injection amount is taken as 95% of the standard value in the table above, based on the 1/2~2/3
position of the oil window.
The key is to confirm that the vent hole will not be submerged by oil to prevent oil leakage caused by
excessive internal pressure.
H3、 General verification points
After adjusting all directions, manually rotate the input shaft 3-5 turns to confirm that there is no oil
overflowing from the vent hole.
After running for 1 hour, stop the machine and check the oil level. If the oil level is lower than 1/2 of the
oil window, add a small amount of oil to the standard range
