Precautions for installation of fan reducer matching
The success or failure of the gearbox installation determines the lifespan of the fan: from model matching, coaxiality alignment to lubrication and sealing, every step requires zero error operation. Especially wary of inconsistent installation - this is the number one killer of wind turbine reducer failure, with a radial deviation exceeding 0.03mm posing a risk of tooth breakage.
Do not directly hammer the input/output shaft, housing, and flange of the gearbox;
It is prohibited to forcibly correct non concentricity and rely on coupling hard compensation;
Do not apply oil or grease to the mating surface of the expansion sleeve, as this may cause slippage and failure;
Prohibit oil shortage and mixing different types of gear oil;
Do not remove breathable caps or block ventilation holes;
Prohibit the suspension of the gearbox base without rigid support;
It is prohibited to operate the fan for a long time without protective devices due to blockage or overload;
Do not scratch the lip of the oil seal or install the retaining ring directly without installing it
