How to choose the appropriate K-series helical gearbox -4 steps
1、 Power of K-series gearbox
According to the required power P (kW) of the equipment, the standard K series covers 0.12-22kW, and the enhanced type can reach over 200kW.
When selecting, multiply the load type and daily operating time by the operating condition factor fB to ensure that the rated power is greater than the correction value.
2、 K-series helical gear reducer torque
The output torque determines the driving force, with a standard range of 200-50000 Nm, and some large models reaching 117000 Nm.
Calculation formula: Tout=(P × 9550)/n_out
Ensure that the rated torque is equal to or greater than the required load torque multiplied by the operating condition coefficient.
3、 Transmission ratio
Determine the output speed, with a basic range of 5.36-197.37, and when combined with the R series, it can reach 32625.
Transmission ratio i=input speed/required output speed.
Priority should be given to standard speed ratios, and customization is required for non-standard ones.
4、 Installation method
Model Installation Form Output Shaft
K-foot installation solid shaft
KF flange installation solid shaft
KA axis installation hollow shaft
KAF flange+shaft mounted hollow shaft
There are also six installation positions for M1-M6 and 0 °/90 °/180 °/270 ° junction box positions to choose from, which can be determined according to the equipment space.
