How does the synchronous lifting platform screw jack system work?

The screw lift platform and jack lifting system are lifting components that are used in conjunction with two, four, six, or eight screw lifts. They have many functions such as lifting, lowering, pushing with auxiliary components, flipping, and adjusting various height positions

How It Works

A single motor drives all lifting points through a network of gear reducers, bevel gearboxes, and transmission shafts. As long as the shafts are turning, every screw jack moves in exact synchronism—without complex electronics or feedback loops

Key Advantages

1. High Load Capacity

A single screw jack handles over 50 tons, and multiple jacks work together to move loads exceeding 100

tons. Load capacity ranges from kilograms to several hundred tons.

2. Self-Locking Safety

Worm gear screw jacks remain in position after power loss. No additional brakes or locking mechanisms

 are required—even for 200-ton loads
