Heavy duty DCY500 gearbox transmission ratio, power, and torque parameters

H1:DCY500 Hardened Bevel Helical Reducer: Complete Technical Parameters for Engineers

The DCY500 is a three-stage, right-angle hardened bevel helical gear reducer under JB/T9002-1999, with a nominal center distance of 500 mm. It is built for belt conveyors, hoists, and heavy conveying drives where input and output shafts must be perpendicular and torque demand is high. The first stage uses a Gleason spiral bevel gear; the second and third stages use helical cylindrical gears, carburized to HRC 58–62 and ground to grade 。

How to Read the DCY500 Model Code

A full designation such as DCY500-50-IIN breaks down as follows: DCY = right-angle hardened bevel helical series; 500 = nominal center distance; 50 = nominal ratio; II = assembly arrangement; N = input shaft rotation direction (N = counterclockwise, S = clockwise, viewed from the input shaft end). DCY500 offers multiple assembly positions and both rotation directions, so the complete code matters for replacement and spare-parts compatibility
