Structure and Working Principle of Hand cranked Screw Lift
The hand cranked screw lift is mainly based on the lever principle and human input, and
its working
principle is mainly:
By rotating the handwheel, human input is transmitted to the lifting device, and the screw pushes the
nut up or down through the threaded hole of the nut, thereby raising or lowering the lifting platform.
The direction of rotation of the screw determines the direction of movement of the nut, and the faster
the rotating handle, the faster the lifting platform rises or falls.

Hand cranked screw lift movement mode:
When the hand cranking device is operated, the rotation of the handwheel is transmitted to the screw
through the transmission system. The nut will move along the spiral path of the screw, thereby driving
the lifting of the lifting platform. According to the spiral direction of the screw and nut, two different
motion modes can be achieved: raising and lowering. When the screw rotates clockwise, the nut moves
upward along the screw, and the lifting platform rises accordingly; On the contrary, when the screw
rotates counterclockwise, the nut moves downwards along the screw, and the lifting platform descends
accordingly
