Efficient helical gear reducer (R/F series) - Practical guide for automated production lines

The R series (coaxial) and F series (parallel axis) helical gear reducers, with a single-stage transmission efficiency of over 96%, operating noise below 75dB, low backlash ≤ 3 arc minutes, and modular installation capability, have become the preferred power transmission unit for automated production lines. Its adaptability stems from precision hard tooth surface technology and compact structural design, achieving zero fault continuous operation for over 20000 hours in food packaging, robot joints, and intelligent conveying systems.

✅  Technical principle:

The helical meshing gradually changes the contact between the tooth surfaces from a "point" to a "line", greatly reducing the impact load and vibration, and achieving smooth transmission;

Adopting 20CrMnTi carburizing quenching+precision grinding process to improve tooth surface hardness (HRC58-62) and contact fatigue life;

The box adopts high-strength cast iron and reinforced rib structure to suppress resonance and achieve a dual breakthrough of "low noise+high rigidity".
