GR series gearbox structure - hard tooth surface
Transmission part: Adopting a multi-stage helical gear meshing structure, single-stage models have one pair of helical gears, while double/three-stage models correspond to 2-3 sets of gear pairs, achieving power transmission with different reduction ratios.
Box body: High strength cast iron integrated molding, reserved foot/flange installation position, built-in oil passage and oil level window, supporting all internal transmission components.
Auxiliary components: including oil seals, bearings, breathable caps, oil drain plugs, etc., to ensure equipment sealing, lubrication, and heat dissipation.
The structural diagram of the GR series helical gear reducer presents its modular internal structure intuitively. The core structure includes high-strength cast iron housing, gas carburizing and quenching precision grinding helical gear pair, input and output shafts, bearings, oil seals and other components. The structural layout of different installation forms has corresponding differences.
