57 stepper motor with NMRV worm gear reducer detailed dimensions
The standard flange of the 57 step motor is 57B5, which can be directly connected to the customized input flange of NMRV030, NMRV040, and NMRV050 machine bases without the need for additional processing of adapter plates. The installation has high coaxiality, avoiding vibration and noise problems caused by eccentricity.
The 57 step motor has limited output torque at low and medium speeds. When paired with an NMRV reducer, the output torque can be amplified through a speed ratio. For example, when the speed ratio is 50, the rated torque of the motor can be increased from 1.2N · m to about 50N · m, making it easy to drive heavy-duty loads such as small conveyor lines and indexing turntables.
