Stepless Speed Regulator

Overview: Mainly composed of a pressed drive wheel device, 

a friction transmission mechanism, and a speed control mechanism.

1. High Strength: The machine maintains reliable performance 

and accurate rotation even under impact loads or machine reversal.

2. Wide Speed Range: All speed ratios are 1:5, meaning the output speed

 can be varied arbitrarily between 1:45 and 1:7.25.

3. High Speed Adjustment Accuracy: Speed adjustment accuracy is 1-0.5 rpm.

4. Stable Performance: All transmission components are heat-treated, 

and friction parts are machined for good lubrication, 

resulting in smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.

5. Coaxial Structure: The input and output shafts rotate in the same direction, 

resulting in a small size and light weight.

6. Strong Combination Capability: This machine can be combined with various 

types of reducers to achieve low-speed, high-torque speed change effects.

7. The set speed remains constant under permissible load conditions;

8. Fully sealed, suitable for humid, dusty, and mildly corrosive working environments.
