Performance characteristics:
1. The HB standard industrial gearbox adopts a sound-absorbing box structure, a large box surface area
and a large fan. The cylindrical gear and spiral bevel gear all use gear grinding technology
which improves the overall temperature rise, noise reduction, and reliability of operation
and transmits large torque.
2. The industrial gearbox adopts a universal design scheme
realizing a universal box body for parallel and orthogonal axes
reducing the types of components and increasing the specifications and models.
3. The gearbox has 3-26 specifications, with 1-4 reduction gear stages and a speed ratio of 1.25-450.
4. Installation methods: base installation, hollow shaft installation
swing base installation, torsion arm installation.
5. Input method: motor connected flange, shaft input.
6. Output methods: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key

The core spiral bevel gear of the product is made of high-strength special alloy steel
which is processed through vacuum carburizing quenching, deep hardening treatment
and high-precision grinding technology. The tooth surface hardness is uniform, the meshing accuracy is high
the transmission is smooth, and the impact resistance is extremely strong.
The box body is made of high-strength cast steel and is integrally formed.
After multiple aging and stress relief treatments, the overall rigidity is extremely high
and it does not deform
or loosen during long-term heavy load operation; Equipped with a multi-layer labyrinth sealing structure
it completely eliminates the problems of dust ingress and long-term oil leakage.
Compared to ordinary spur gearboxes
