Product Overview: The Huxing WP/FC worm gear reducer features a compact 90-degree right-angle
structure, delivering high torque in a small size. Its wide single-stage speed ratio range makes it
suitable for various installation scenarios. Utilizing a hardened steel worm gear paired
with a high-wear-resistant tin bronze worm wheel, it boasts outstanding load-bearing
capacity and a service life far exceeding that of ordinary models.
Precision meshing ensures low noise operation. Its self-locking feature effectively
prevents reverse rotation during power outages, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
An optimized heat dissipation structure combined with double-layer sealing provides dustproof,
waterproof, and oil-leak-proof protection, allowing for stable operation in harsh conditions
such as high and low temperatures, dust, and humidity.

The WP/FC worm gear reducer is developed based on the WD reducer.
Performance Characteristics:
1. Smooth transmission, low vibration, impact, and noise; large reduction ratio;
wide versatility; compatible with various mechanical equipment.
2. Achieves a large transmission ratio with single-stage transmission;
most models have relative self-locking properties, saving on braking devices
for mechanical equipment requiring braking.
3. The meshing friction between the worm gear threads and the worm wheel teeth is relatively high,
resulting in lower transmission efficiency than gears and a tendency to overheat
and reach higher temperatures.
4. Housing types include basic type (vertical or horizontal structure with base plates) and
W-type (rectangular housing with fixing screw holes on multiple sides, available
without base plates or with additional base plates, etc.).
5. Input shaft connection methods include basic type (single input shaft and double input shaft)
and type with motor flange.
6. Output and input shaft positions can be: input shaft at the bottom or top; output shaft upward
or downward; input shaft upward or downward.
7. Two or three reducers can be used to form a multi-stage reducer to achieve a larger transmission ratio.
Precautions:
1. The worm speed of the worm gear reducer should not exceed 1500 r/min.
2. The worm shaft (input shaft) can rotate in both directions, but the worm wheel shaft (output shaft)
cannot be used as an input shaft.
3. The power of the matching motor must not exceed the value specified on the nameplate.
4. If the user needs to change the shaft insertion direction, the end caps on both ends of the shaft
can be removed, the worm shaft taken out, and adjusted 180 degrees before reinstallation.
5. Do not force the shaft during installation; instead, slowly rotate the two shafts to engage them.
