Product Overview: The WB series reducer is a type of machine that achieves speed reduction through
cycloidal pin gear meshing based on the principle of planetary transmission with small tooth difference.
This machine is available in horizontal, vertical, dual-shaft, and direct-drive configurations,
and is a general-purpose equipment in industries such as metallurgy, mining, construction,
chemical, textile, and light industry.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The WB miniature cycloidal reducer achieves a reduction ratio of 1:87 with
an efficiency exceeding 90% using a single-stage transmission with high speed ratio and efficiency.
Multi-stage transmission can achieve even higher reduction ratios.
2. The cycloidal reducer has a compact structure and small size. Due to the planetary transmission principle,
the input and output shafts are on the same axis, resulting in a minimal size.
3. Smooth operation and low noise. The large number of meshing cycloidal pin teeth,
high overlap coefficient, and balancing mechanism control vibration and noise.
4. Reliable and long service life: Major components are made of high-carbon chromium steel,
hardened (HRC58～62) for high strength. Furthermore, some transmission contacts utilize rolling friction,
