Introduction: The JDLB dual-lead worm gear reducer utilizes advanced processing and assembly techniques 

to ensure proper tooth meshing, reduce tooth surface contact stress, and features a specially 

developed copper alloy worm gear that provides higher strength and better stability. 

The high tooth surface contact ratio reduces worm gear wear and maintains 

a locked backlash for extended periods.

1. Employs dual-lead worm gear transmission, with different lead angles on the left 

and right tooth surfaces of the worm. The meshing clearance can be adjusted 

by moving the worm, allowing for quick backlash setting.


2. Low backlash: The worm gear backlash can be adjusted to 1 arc minute

 (1 arc minute for primary stage, 2-4 arc minutes for secondary stage).


3. High input speed: Up to 4000 RPM.


4. The input end uses a high-rigidity, low-inertia coupling, eliminating the misalignment defect 

between the motor output shaft and the reducer.
