Product Description:
Replace traditional gear and worm gear deceleration motors, suitable for repeated impact loads,
can withstand 500% impact loads, small size, standardized specifications.
Can be applied to AC, DC, Servo, hydraulic and pneumatic motors

Advantages:

The cycloidal reducer adopts the rolling meshing principle, which reduces sliding friction
and vibration phenomena. In the transmission of torque, it is borne by multiple teeth.
Its efficiency can reach over 92% in the first stage
and over 85% in the second stage
(with a first stage ratio of less than 87 and a second stage ratio of less than 7569).
Strong overload resistance (500%)
The planetary cycloidal gear adopts cycloidal needle tooth meshing, which realizes
the ability of multi tooth simultaneous meshing transmission, up to 67%, and avoids
the possibility of tooth breakage. Therefore, the cycloidal needle tooth structure
has an overload resistance of 500% that other reducers cannot withstand.
The 600 model provides a complete range of specifications and ratios to meet the needs of supply.
The first ratio ranges from 1:7 to 1:87, while the second ratio can reach as high as 1:7569.
The horsepower ranges from 1/8 horsepower to 200 horsepower
and the output torque can reach up to 6000kg. m (500000in lbs).
